Brandon Roy Is Back...


This week is time of Brandon Roy,Trail BlaZer Guard.
After 12 weeks, Brandon Roy of the Blazers takes back
the top spot in the latest Rookie Rankings.
No.6 Draft pick of Trail Blazer,Roy,return to
top rookies on this week.Roy returned to the Top 10,
re-debuting at No. 9. A week later, he was up to No. 7.
Last week, he was at No. 5.
While Roy continued to do his thing, we kept an eye on
his game totals (compared to the rest of the Top 10)
and let him slowly move up the rankings.
But we can't hold back any longer.
Brandon Roy is the best rookie in the league,
head and shoulders above anybody else right now

    Eastern Conference Rookies of the December 2006


    Jorge Garbajosa of the Toronto Raptors
    "Garbo"was named the Eastern Conference T-Mobile
    Rookies of the December 2006.
    Garbajosa increased his averages for the month by
    3.0 points, 1.4 rebounds, 9.6 minutes and 1.3 assists,
    and tied for first among rookies in double-doubles(three).
    He also had nine 10-plus scoring games in December and
    led the team in scoring once, rebounds four times and
    assists once. Garbajosa currently leads the team
    with 37 steals.

    Western Conference Rookies of the December 2006


    Randy Foye Minnesota Timberwolves’
    Foye, the seventh overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft,
    led the Western Conference rookies in scoring (9.6 ppg),
    assists (2.3 apg) and free throw accuracy (90.9 percent)
    in December, while hitting 47.6 percent from the field.
    He reached double figures in scoring for every game in
    the month, including the Dec. 29 win over Seattle, where
    he collected 12 points, a season high seven rebounds and
    five assists.
    Foye ranks third among Western Conference rookies in
    scoring (8.0 ppg), third in steals (.79 stpg) and fifth in
    assists (1.7 apg).
